[Gnumed-devel] plugins

I just submitted a minor change to gmPlugin.py
Each plugin directory can now (optionally!) contain a file "plugins.cfg".
If this file is found, only plugins listed in that file will actually be 
loaded, and the will be loaded in the order they are listed in that file.

Could somebody please do a quick hack of a GUI dialog allowing to create this 
file by selecting from a list of all available plugins? This dialog should 
also allow to import plugins from within gnumed while gnumed is up & running.

My suggestion would be a list to the left, and to the right a text box 
describing the plugin (using gmPlugin.description)
