[Gnumed-devel] drugref service

new CVS checkins:
- first draft implemetation of the new plugin architecture.
to test it, 
1.) restore the "holbrook dump" as per previous post
2.) in the directory where your "drugref_service.py" resides, copy 
drugrefapi_holbrook.py into a subdirectory "plugins"
3.) start drugref_service.py
4.) in another terminal, start drugref_client.py

This is a quick hack with little comments and even less error handling, but it 
appears to work, good enough for "proof of concept".

It illustrates well how the new architecture is supposed to work, and how easy 
it is to write plugins for external data sources.

I will now work hard on documentation before adding more  code, and Jay will 
work on making it useable in daily practice.
