Sorry I can't help you with drugref stuff as I've not been involved at all.

Seems a great design to me - you should be involved in gnuMed if you can knock 
up something so sophisticated so quickly.

If you get stuck with this I can get you the Mims stuff  which is still on 
offer except my slackness of sending back the final agreement.
