[Gnumed-devel] install.sh file problem

I had a glance at the install.sh file this morning in the Gnumed-0.1 release 
(or should I call it release candidate?). I'm curious why the only mkdir's 
are at the top of the file. The mkdir calls should all be right before the cp 
commands, after the directories have been determined from the user's input 
(or not, in which case the default it used).
