Replying to myself. Someone recently told me.
IT managers/users are like cattle. You can lead it to the the stream but you 
cannot make it drink. 

GNUmed's documentation has constantly improved and is largely a nice, clear 
river but the path to the to the stream is not know by many and when you wait 
at the stream you might start to wonder why no cattle is showing up :-)
