To make this clear. exchange4linux is a product to let you use Outlook with an
kolab server. So it pretends to te an Outlook server. Kolab is the server on
GNU/Linux

While lxoffice is a great for of sql_ledger and caters quite well for German
(Australian ?) IT/IS shops it is not specifically targeted at medical
billing. Fact remains. Someone needs to come up with a concept of how it
should work, what projects exist and who with do the programming work.

Agreed. Funny though that even if you tell commercial vendors that you want to
license there software or data their stare goes blank. Been there, done that,
will do it again.

Stabilize / test GNUmed with MIMS data. Negotiate an agreement with MIMS how
to license the data.
