I have slightly modified (VER is a reserverd word in batch
files) your upgrade-db.bat in the main CVS tree so from now
on we will have an upgarde script for Windows, too. Thanks
for contributing !
Also, I have transferred your idea to display proper usage
upon failure to the UNIX shell script :-)
