In the schema for clin.table.lab-request

schema.html#clin.table.lab-request
where it declares
fk_test_org integer UNIQUE#1 NOT NULL
request_id text UNIQUE#1 NOT NULL
does the above define the uniqueness to be
(fk_test_org + request_id) UNIQUE
in other words there can be repeats within fk_test_org and repeats
within request_id but no repeat in the combined?
And Postgres is happy though the fields are of two different data types?
