Same thing.
Well, the rationale behind this "strange page" is that when Debian had shipped a
"better" default page with logo and some information about Debian users quite
frequently claimed that Debian had taken over their server. So the Apache
maintainer decided for a more neutral page to not to be sued by some DAU who
was just unable to maintain his server.
