Well, even then one can only *view* KOrganizer appointments
from within GNUmed.

OTOH, we sort-of support Terminiko, too, which is a German
Windows-based scheduling software ...

Now, asuming you'd want to use Emacs org-mode to handle
appointments - how do you envision the workflow ? What would
GNUmed need to do to interface with Emacs scheduling ?
