I gather we can release GNUmed 0.5.x in some form(s) before August 27th,
provided we block deb package movement *into testing* until August 27.

I gather the objective is that – if we *did* find some critical or very
annoying bug in 0.5.0 – follow-on 0.5.x patches can *replace* the 0.5.0 in
testing at the same time as a known-to-function 0.4.x will be what got frozen
into the new stable... it is Ubuntu-derived-from-Debian-testing that we are
talking about, right?

So how do we block deb package movement?
- Release the deb (prior to August 27) only into experimental?
- Host debs in a non-Debian repository?
