Dropping obsolete databases created during staging the
current one.
Say, when you bootstrapped the v12 database you'll end up
with gnumed_v2 all the way up to gnumed_v12. The script
helpfully drops everything up to v10 if it succeeds with
v12. It will keep around v11 since it will take no bets
deciding whether it freshly bootstrapped or upgraded an
existing live database ;-)
