We don't care about the other cluster.

Michael said he modified the port to use.

The log file did show that the bootstrapper picked up the
proper port from the environment variable.

There's one instance of psql in bootstrap-latest.sh which
until now did not pick up GM_DB_PORT (which is now fixed)
which is why I suggested to also set PGPORT.

For which effect we yet lack a report.
