[Gnumed-devel] Demographics Identity editing works differently than expected

When in Demographics plugin, Identity pane, clicking

        Edit

and then

        Save

the result is that the original is kept and a new one is deleted. I can 
understand the reasoning of making removal a separate step, and would only 
suggest improving the communication to the user.

Suggest one or more among

1) rename the button to

        Clone & edit

2) change the window title to Cloning name

3) change the window dialog button Save to instead be

        Save as new

4) relabel "active" button (maybe insert text to the left):

        Set as

        (mainly because the significance for this status is more
        than other kinds of "status" flags like Right or Left and to make it
        more of an invitation to the user to consider
