He did. And it would not work. Live CDs often do not work in every case.

You got to acknlowledge that a user will often do next to nothing to test a 
software. You either accept that or you don't. Up to your opinion.

In any case a crippled version makes it easier for the drive by person.

For a single doctor with a very narrow use case which is used to Excel like 
EMR GNUmed is sometimes seen as over the top.
