Not really but it is currently not programmed that way.

It is possible to use another client instance to
edit the patient as needed (not that that is necessarily
the most convenient option).
I have added a way to manage episode and issues
from the measurements edit area. That is certainly
not the end of all wisdom but it's better than
nothing for the time being.
