As I'm trying to run the application using run.bat I get the following

The server root directory you specified, c:/mp3, is missing.
Please update your configuration file to specify the actual
root directory you wish to serve media from.
You can fix this error by changing the line that currently
reads:
root = c:/mp3
Now the problem is I've set the root directory to the correct one, but
changing the value of this key gives no results at all. No matter what I
set I always get the error message with the default "c:/mp3" value set.
Edit run.bat to change it there too.
Its a horrible thing to duplicate it in two places, but as a
non-windows user thats what I did ...
