Unicode provides 4 normalization forms
(<http://www.unicode.org/reports/tr15/>):
It looks good at first sight, but there are several drawbacks:
* It's not intuitive. We would have to educate our users how to
search content in GNUnet.
* c cedille is encoded as 0x63 0xB8. I doubt I can enter the latter
character using a German keyboard.
* "ß" isn't encoded at all (at least not in their demo) and you'll
have difficulties entering it using an american keyboard.
