Hello Christian,
>This release adds support for Win32 systems. The setup binary is at
http://ovmj.org/GNUnet/download/win/Setup-0.6.6.exe
I use a clean Windows2000 professional system with adsl connection to
Internet.
I execute Setup-0.6.6.exe
I type my public IP address in an install window.
Then I get a "Not responding" status in tasklist. The GNUnett-0.6.6.setup
stops?
What must/could I do, to get it working?
Greetings Jan Marco

Onderwerp: [GNUnet-developers] GNUnet 0.6.6 released
This release adds support for Win32 systems. The setup binary is at
http://ovmj.org/GNUnet/download/win/Setup-0.6.6.exe
Other changes include:
* download manager for gnunet-gtk (!)
* various OS X bugfixes
* resolved big-endian problems with CRC32
* support for the latest pthread versions
* build-in log rotation (mostly for Win32 users)
* working progressbar for large directories (sorry, no files > 2 GB yet)
0.6.6 should be fully compatible with 0.6.5, so updating should be trivial.
Oh, and it should be said that Nils did most of the coding and other work
for
this release -- I'm just writing the announcement. :-) So a big thanks to
Nils at this point is in order.
Christian
