Just to grasp what the discussion is about - what kind of symbols are
shared here?
As long as you stick to the OO features of ObjC, all the linking is
done by ObjC itself anyway (either class or method lookup) and you
won't need weak symbols. I always considered that a major strength
because it works around all that weaky-magic (which only really works
well with ELF).
