Details:

In the Add Account window, in the tabs Send and Receive, the Password text
field is disabled if the option Remember Password is not checked.

But the Password text field is only locked, not grayed out, at least on Mac OS
X. This seems confusing if users try to enter the password.

GNUMail 1.30 (precompiled) on Mac OS X 10.9
