My access is working again now. Thanks to whoever fixed it.

I have moved the GS/WM section from the front page to aboutGNUstep and I have tried to incorporate some of the FAQ answer (minus a couple of typos, plus an extra packaging link). When people can agree on the wiki page contents, we could replace the FAQ-based section with that text.

There is still much work to do on the site. I am currently studying archival systems so that I can structure the information in a more accessible manner. I apologise for taking so long.
