Never noticed files named "ChangeLog" which look like:

        * data.c (_gpgme_data_append): Check if LENGTH is smaller than
        ALLOC_CHUNK, not DH->length.


Please read the GNU coding standards to learn about ChangeLogs (info
standards after doing a apt-get install gnu-standards or similar)
