Hi. GnuTLS should build under Cygwin and MinGW, possibly with minor
modifications. Try the daily builds of 1.5.x for best results.
Hopefully, I'll be able to provide a Windows .EXE installer of GnuTLS
libraries and related tools in a not too distant future. If you, or
anyone else, wishes to pre-test the installer on various Windows
environments, let me know.
