Indeed, the openpgpself test doesn't seem to work on any platform.
Nikos, could you take a look at this?
<thinking out loud>The *self tests are rather ugly and have poor error
handling... it would be nice to clean them up to provide a generic test
framework so it can test much more: all ciphers, all hashes, and so on.
