Once the papers have arrived, I think it is good enough to go in. I'll
do a more careful review when I'm pushing it.
Meanwhile, it would be nice with some more self-tests. How about also
testing:
* What happens if the client provides a garbage session ticket?
- Does the RFC specify what should happen? I'd assume that the
handshake continues as normal, but I'm not sure.
* What happens if the client has a session ticket but the server has
disabled session ticket support?
