[Gpaint-develop] using Glade, libglade is recommended rather than code generation

Remember I said something along the lines of "if glade is good enough for
Gnumeric and Abiword I dont see why gpaint wouldn't use it"?

I still believe that is mostly true but it having read a discussion on
gnome-hackers mailing list it has become clearer to me that the developers
would much prefer to see libglade used rather than code generation.

So I hope my previous comments didn't mislead you in any way and I hope
that with more information you can decide in what way you want to keep
using Glade in future.
