    Ignore Windows objects and binaries
    
    Ignore *.exe, *.obj and *.dll, these being the customary Windows
    filename extensions for binaries, object files and shared objects
    respectively.
    
    (This is work towards a Ctgwin and, eventually, mingw port.)
