[gpsd-dev] session->last_fixtime.real missing in gpsmon

Yo Eric!

I found, and am fixing, more loss of precision in gpsmon hardware mode.

If the PPS time was off more than 2 seconds the math would overflow.
Which leads to strange output.

And the math is overflowing because session->last_fixtime.real does not
appear to be set in gpsmon.

As I am not familiar with gpsmon, can you shoehorn it in somehow?

I suspect it is similar to the file local last_tick in monitor_nmea.c

If so get rid of that damn global!
