Eh? Which one?  I'm not seeing it in your reports below.

Argh.  That's because it doesn't know slow mode has been selected.
Not sure how I'll fix this.

This looks like Greg Troxel's *BSD bug all over again.  Something on *BSD
clearly does not like the deterministic-shutdown code.  Can I get in to
one of those boxes?
