No clue on the Odroid. on BBB it's not that hard. I accomplished it a couple of years back using mostly just the GPSD Time Service HOWTO. If the end goal is the use of clockmaker, I'd have to say let it slide until someone else has that itch. In principle they are the same steps, more uart choices on the BBB is the first thing that comes to mind.
