I coded up a decoder for it. GPGNS is almost identical to xxGGA.

This is changing these regressions in unexpected ways:

    test/daemon/beidou-bd.log
    test/daemon/beidou-gb.log
    test/daemon/polarx2.log

And not for the better.

beidou-bd.log outputs four mode indicators in GNGNS, and both GNGGA and
GNGNS in the same second!

polarx2.log outputs GPGNS and GPGGA in the same sentence.

GNS and GGA seem to have the same data, except the broken out status
per constellation type. Since they come together all you can expect in
practice is one less warning message.

I'll sleep on it, I can prolly fix in tomorrow.

If you could send me 30 secongs of log from your devices I can add that to
our regressions and hand check the results.
