Yep I sure did miss 3.16! Yes everything there worked correctly and all tests
passed. Thanks again. Now I will just work on getting it cross compiled. I
am sure I will post another question here in the near future.

3.16 is the current release, and has some bug fixes in it.

After building you should have a file called leapseconds.cache. Today the

Which 10 tests fail? Do they fail on 3.16? Some test errors are just rounding
errors and can be ignored.
