We need the same information for the Uputronics HAT.

The Uputronics delivers a 100 ms positive pulse with the leading edge at the 
second boundary.  It's correctly detected by the stock distribution of 
Raspbian Wheezy and Jessie.  There is no detection of the trailing edge.
