[gpsd-users] TPV Output with only GPZDA

Hi all,

I have a GPS module configured to only output GPZDA strings at 1Hz,
and am using it to feed: GPS --UART--> GPSD --TPV--> NTPD refclock 46.

`gpsmon` shows GPZDA sentences coming across, but `gpspipe -w`
confirms no TPVs and NTPD shows reach = 0 for refclock 46/GPSD_JSON.

Is this by design or is this a valid scenario to have TPV outputs of
just time with GPZDA sentences coming in?
