Hi,
I am recently tried to hook gpsd to a running ublox data stream. In my application I use two M8T GPS receivers connected via USB to an Raspberry Pi Compute Module 3. I use the RTKLIB to calculate the position and heading of the device. This works quit well. Now we want to add an NTP server. Therefore I wanted to use the data stream of the ublox binary data to feed gpsd over an tcp socket. Every application on its own is working. To run the RTK system we setup the GPS device with the parameters we need, if I now try to reuse these setup for gpsd this is not working. I use the -b option to prevent gpsd from making changes on the GPS device.

MY questions are:
-Does gpsd need special settings?
-Is it possible to hook gpsd on an running stream in general? Or do I need an some how initialized data transfer?
-Can gpsd get time information from RTCM3 messages to feed the NTP?

I would be very happy if someone had any advice.

Best regards
Robert
