Screen shot?  Cut and paste?  

Or redirect to a file:
        ntpshmmon > tmp.log

Let it run 10 seconds, then ^C, grab tmp.log

And I'm running on RasPi with Gentoo, basically the same thing.

Sure, just be sure there are passwords on your login accounts.

Looks in your ntpd config file and remove the pool options.
