What RTK solutions are available to correct GPS readings in

RTCMvXX, SBAS, etc.

Is this something GPSd can do?
Yup.

I have access to an NTRIP
caster that collects RTCMv3 messages from an L1/L2 GPS-only local
base station. The RTCMv3 messages being transmitted are 1004, 1006,
and 1008.
When I have used RTCM, with Skytraq, the GPS has two serial ports.
One that GPS uses, and the other that is used to RTCM. In that case,
gpsd is not in the loop. Does you GPS have two inputs?

I think gpsd knows how to decode various RTCM packets, but not how to pass
them on to the GPS. I could be easily wrong on that.

Likewise, when I have used RTCM-SC104 with Trimble GPSes the second serial port has been configured for RTCM input.
