tests: add equiv-classes
* configure.ac (USE_INCLUDED_REGEX): Add Automake conditional.
* tests/equiv-classes: New test.
* tests/Makefile.am (TESTS): Add it.
(XFAIL_TESTS) [USE_INCLUDED_REGEX]: Mark it as expected failure.
