Log message:
        * */*: s/Osanna/Ossanna/.
        
        * */*.man: Replace .URL with .UR/.UE (except in groff_www.tmac).
        Replace .MTO with .MT/.ME (except in groff_www.tmac).
        Insert `\:' in URLs where appropriate.
        Don't include www.tmac (except in groff_www.tmac).
        
        * man/groff.man (.ESC[]): Fix font of closing bracket.
        (.ESCq): Fix font of closing quote character.
        Many other improvements.
