[groff] 01/01: Fix grammar of "command-line" where needed.

From: G. Branden Robinson
Subject: [groff] 01/01: Fix grammar of "command-line" where needed.
Date: Sun, 22 Oct 2017 16:16:48 -0400 (EDT)

gbranden pushed a commit to branch master
in repository groff.

commit f81a9e32d0b1f80344d8b4dc39ab505b14151e11
Author: G. Branden Robinson <address@hidden>
Date: Sun Oct 22 16:08:00 2017 -0400

Fix grammar of "command-line" where needed.

When used attributively, e.g. as an adjectival phrase, "command-line"
should be hyphenated. See, for instance,
    <http://www.chicagomanualofstyle.org/16/images/ch07_tab01.pdf>.

Also found and fixed one error in the reverse direction in tmac/s.tmac.

I did not bother to fix mistaken uses in change logs, NEWS files, and
similar, but did in source comments.
