    doc/ms.ms: Relocate material.
    
    (Document control settings): Relocate discussion of DD register from
    here...
    
    (Displays and keeps): ...to here.  And change paragraph style from left
    to indented.
    
    (Document control settings): Drop discussion of MINGW register,
    redundant with existing material in "Multiple columns" subsection.
