commit 849f969cf6980ec430d1e55934626b3f7902fb62

gropdf(1): Fix structural and style nits.
* Add "Typefaces" and "Device control commands" subsections for parity
with our other output driver man pages. Reorganize material within
them appropriately.
* Recast to reinforce distinction between stroke color and fill color as
configurable parameters even if their defaults are the same.
* Note availability of `device` request.
* Use active voice more.
* Clarify when paper format changes can be done (a document author might
not be sure when "before you start creating the page" is).
