    src/devices/*/*.man: Fix style and markup nits.
    
    This is mainly recovery of good pagination after addition of the `BP`
    and `TS` registers, with their new defaults, altered page layouts.
    
    * Move some short, displayed (yet in-paragraph) examples inline.
    * Protect literals from hyphenation.
    * Use active voice more.
    * Add poor man's keeps.
    * Tighten wording.
    * Annotate manually computed tagged paragraph indentations.
