    groff(7), groff_diff(7): Fix style, markup nits.
    
    * In a series of tagged paragraphs with no inter-paragraph vertical
      space, the effect of `TQ` is indistinguishable from `TP` with an empty
      body.  Compensate by duplicating description of `taga` request in
      `tag`.  (Not that we say much.)
    * Update poor man's keeps.
    * Tighten wording.
