    doc/groff.texi: Fix content and style nits.
    
    * More carefully distinguish PCL5 and CapSL printers.
    * Add concept index entries for Emacs-style keycap notation.
    * Refer to "GNU troff" more and "gtroff" less.
    * Use better prepositions.
    * Slightly recast.
