    doc/groff.texi.in: Update TUHS URLs.
    
    When Warren Toomey upgraded TUHS to mailman 3, the format of the list
    archives (and their presentation in the browser) changed.  My vague
    understanding is that the old archives are now separately hosted.
    
    Fingers crossed that these will have some longevity.
    
    Thanks to Ian Ropers for the report and Bjarni Ingi Gislason for the
    proposed rewrite.
