A new `sizes' request is available which is similar to the `sizes'
command of a DESC file.
Reason: I will soon remove the font size limitations from devdvi --
all recent TeX distributions can create font files on the fly. For
backwards compatibility, users can then call the sizes request to get
the old restrictions back.
