So termcap works for Windows? How do you use it there?

You have to understand, I’m twenty-something.  The only terminals I’ve
ever seen are those for Linux, the BSDs, and X.  I have no idea what
kind of hardware or software are we talking about, other than Windows
– and I’m not even sure how I could use terminfo there…
