>From groff_mm:
The groff mm macros are intended to be compatible with the DWB mm
macros with the following limitations:
o No Bell Labs localisms are implemented.
o The macros OK and PM are not implemented.
o groff mm does not support cut marks.
(Note the last item.)
And I found an interesting post at
http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/groff/2008-11/msg00024.html
I would say )k should simply be removed (via .rm )k in mmt).
Did someone use troff -mm on Solaris or Heirloom in the past? From what I see
in the macros these cut marks are not configureable (i.e. possible to switch
off).
